Is there anything Martronic can't repair?

A commonly asked question! Martronic have immense capability when it comes to electronics with an extremely high success rate. There is no item we will not take a look at, however there are always times when an item may be beyond economical repair due to damage. The modern world has seen an increase in the use of PIC's and microcontrollers which usually have protected code. If these are damaged for whatever reason then the chance of repair is unlikely.

Do you charge to assess a repair?

There is no charge to assess a repair. If you do not wish to proceed then the item can either be disposed of or returned back to site.

What if the unit is deemed unrepairable?

We will always keep you up to date if this situation occurs, and if possible provide a quotation for a replacement unit.

Do you come to site?

If for whatever reason a site visit may be required, Martronic are capable of offering this service. Whether it may be investigating a potential fault before an item is removed, or post repair testing, we are happy to help. We have all the equipment to enable us to diagnose most issues in an industrial environment. Please get in touch to discuss.

Do you charge for delivery?

For standard turnaround repairs, we offer a free delivery service within the NW, outside this radius there will be a nominal shipping fee to cover carriage and packaging. For urgent repairs that are needed back on site same day we endeavour to deliver directly or utilise same day couriers to minimise any wasted time.
